Prepare a maintenance request with the equipment type, approximate age, existing service-contract status, and preferred contact time.
When requesting maintenance, have your contact details and address ready, along with your preferred contact time (daytime, evening, or anytime) and whether you are an existing customer. Note which equipment needs attention and whether you have a service contract.

- Equipment to check: air conditioner, furnace or fan coil, heat pump, air filter, humidifier, UV lights, or fresh-air ventilator.
- Approximate age: under 6 years, 6–10 years, 11–20 years, over 20 years, or unknown.
