Information you give us
When you send a service or career inquiry, the form asks for your name, phone number, city or location, inquiry type, and a message. You may also provide an email address, company, service needed, equipment details, and preferred timing. If you contact us by phone or email, you may share additional information with us directly. Please do not include sensitive financial or medical information in a website message.
Staff accounts and published work
Authorized staff use a sign-in service to access the workspace. We use staff account identifiers, names, email addresses, and access roles to manage that access. Staff may record details about completed jobs and upload project photos. Published work may show a city or neighborhood, service, date, description, and photos; only photos approved for a published job are shown through the public gallery.
How we use information
The Careers application also asks for your email address and area of interest, and lets you provide relevant experience, availability, additional information, and an optional PDF or DOCX résumé. We use these details to review your application and contact you about it. Résumés are stored privately for authorized administrators, not published in our project gallery. Resend processes the application details and any résumé attachment to notify our hiring inbox; that email copy is separate from the website record.
- Save and respond to service, commercial, and career inquiries, and coordinate follow-up. Sending a request does not schedule an appointment.
- Manage staff accounts, access, job records, project photos, and site content.
- Operate and protect the website, investigate technical problems, and prevent misuse.
- Send operational messages to staff, including inquiry alerts and staff announcements when email delivery is configured.
Service providers and public content
Public pages include a Podium messaging widget. Loading it connects your browser to Podium and its providers, which may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and visited page URLs. Contact details and messages you submit through this widget are handled through Podium so Komfort Kings can respond; they are separate from requests submitted through this website’s contact form. Podium uses browser storage to support messaging and remember conversation details. Other provider cookies and technical services may also be involved.
Our ductless and Mitsubishi service pages include an interactive guide loaded from Mitsubishi Electric’s website. Loading that guide sends requests to Mitsubishi Electric and its providers, which may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and referring site. Information you submit within the guide is handled by its provider, not by Komfort Kings. You can open the guide in a separate tab to review its provider’s notices and controls.
We use hosting, database, and cloud-storage services to run the site and store its records and photos. Clerk handles staff sign-in and invitations. When email alerts are enabled, Resend processes inquiry details to deliver a message to our service inbox; a failed email alert does not remove the saved request. We may display selected reviews from an external review service if that connection is enabled. Published work and reviews are visible to visitors, so please do not send information you want kept private for publication.
ComplyShield provides an accessibility widget that loads from its servers on public pages. Loading its script sends a request to ComplyShield, which may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and the referring site. Its privacy policy describes technical, usage, and diagnostic information it may process in providing its services.

This site links to external services, including maps, manufacturer resources, and videos. Those sites may collect information under their own privacy notices when you visit them. Fonts or other externally hosted resources may also receive technical information needed to load them in your browser.
Cookies, local storage, and technical information
Staff sign-in uses cookies or similar browser storage through Clerk. The ComplyShield widget saves accessibility preferences in your browser’s local storage, and the response serving its script may also set a browser cookie. The site may use a cookie to remember the admin sidebar state. Our hosting and security services may process connection information such as your IP address, browser details, and requests to deliver and protect the site. You can manage browser storage through your browser settings, although disabling it may affect staff sign-in or saved preferences. If you used an earlier site accessibility menu, its previously saved preferences may remain until you clear them through your browser settings.

Retention and security
We normally keep website inquiries for two years after submission, then review them for removal. We may retain a record longer if needed for business or legal reasons, and document that decision. This site does not automatically delete inquiries. Access to administrative records is restricted to authorized staff roles. No online system can guarantee complete security.
Your questions and choices
You can contact us to ask about information you submitted, request a correction, or ask whether a record can be removed. After we verify the requester, Kurtis reviews and approves corrections or removal, including requests made before the two-year review date. Some information may need to be kept for business or legal reasons. Removing an inquiry from this site does not automatically erase copies held by email providers or in backups. This website does not automatically add people who send a service request to a customer newsletter.
